Beauty & Wellness Experts Visit the Eminence Organic Farm

A Fun Farm Trip Recap

Earlier this month, Eminence Organic Skin Care had the pleasure of welcoming friends, team-members and valued guests from the beauty and wellness world to visit us in Hungary and enjoy our Certified Organic Farm in the beautiful countryside, to learn about Hungarian spa culture, visit world-renowned spas and see the historic and fascinating sights in Budapest, the nation’s bustling capital. It was a delight to share our organic values, enjoy a bit of rest and relaxation, tour the roots of Eminence Organics and have plenty of fun along the way!

Joining us were Beauty Editor of Real Simple Chelsea Burns, Hearst Women’s Beauty Editor April Franzino, Managing Editor of Beauty Launchpad Kamala Kirk, NewBeauty’s Executive Beauty Editor Elise Minton, and freelance beauty expert Grace Gold. We were all very excited to meet these talented women and show them around!

We then shared a dinner cruise down the Danube  where we took in stunning views of the city while enjoying a slow-food menu from some of Hungary’s up-and-coming chefs.

The next day was packed with Hungarian culture and activities as we set off on a tour of the city’s marvelous architecture and cultural sites. Our whirlwind tour took us across Budapest, including historic St. Stephen’s Basilica, Vajdahunyad Castle, and the magnificent villas along Andrassy Boulevard.

After a day taking in the sights, we spent our Friday tending to ourselves with a tour of Budapest’s finest spas, the historic  baths, where the neo-Baroque style makes for a perfect backdrop for relaxation.

Today we visited the famous Hungarian hot spring baths! Doctors actually prescribe visits to these healing mineral waters to patients, and @eminenceorganics uses the waters sourced from a special thermal hot spring lake in their skincare products. #eminenceorganics #eminencefarmtour #ghbeauty

After experiencing the luxurious joys of the city, it was time to travel to the countryside to experience the Eminence Certified Organic Farm, just 90 minutes outside of Budapest. Visitors to our farm love to experience our landscape and walk along our fields of organic rhubarb, lavender, stone crop, chamomile, and others, and we love to host them just as much.

The crown on a spectacular trip: visiting @eminenceorganics’ biodynamic farm, where they cultivate ingredients for their skincare products, including lavender, evening primrose, verbena, poppy, chamomile, calendula, yarrow, comfrey, red and black currants, basil, rhubarb, echinacea, ginkgo, peppermint, grapes, stone crop, pumpkin, and so much more! 🌿#eminenceorganics #eminencefarmtour #ghbeauty

Our farm is the place where our mission to create the highest quality organic products comes vividly to life. We’re proud to share with all visitors our manicured grounds, named Judge’s Choice Garden of the Year 2015 by Szép Kertek Magazine. We had a phenomenal time showing our latest guests around and giving them a firsthand look at our commitment to living naturally.

It’s always hard to say goodbye when visitors come around, but it’s our pleasure to share our values of organic farming with them while they’re here. The trip is best summed up by Chelsea, who said on Instagram “Thank you @eminenceorganics” for showing me around your home country so well! You did it – I’m in love with Budapest and have a whole new level of respect for organic farms and your amazing products…it was the trip of a lifetime!

Thank you @eminenceorganics for showing me around your home country so well! You did it – I’m in love with Budapest and have a whole new level of respect for organic farms and your amazing products! If you haven’t tried them yet, find yourself a spa that sells it and get on it! Special thanks to @jessicatimberlake, #Boldijarre and @prladyk – it was the trip of a lifetime! #eminencefarmtour

We’d like to let our guests know that we had just as much fun on this trip as they did!  We offer free tours of our Eminence Certified Organic Farm all through the spring and summer, so we’d love for you to come pay us a visit sometime!
