Gardens and farms are an important part of Hungarian culture. Even the smallest flats in Budapest will have a window box full of geraniums! In the 84th Edition of “Szép Kertek” Magazine, our farm was selected from a panel of expert gardeners and landscape designers as the Judge’s Choice for Garden of the Year.

This important document is signed, sealed and certified by the Mayor of the nearby village, Fülöpjakab. This official title is the first step in becoming a nationally-registered Heritage Landmark in the entire country of Hungary. Presented to Attila at our opening celebration, this seal is quite an honor for the entire Koronczay family and the dedicated farm team.

Eminence Organic Skin Care is a proud member of COFA, the Certified Organic Farmers’ Association. This group is dedicated to enriching the lives of local communities with organic farming, and verifies each member with stringent regulations. This association is a membership-based group with inclusion granted only with proof of a true commitment to organic farming and bettering the earth.

Gábor Szűcs, who helped make our farm founders’ dream a reality, was voted by his peers and professional architects with the incredible title of Landscape Architect of the Year. This vote was collected through three official international organizations. Learn more here.

The Hungarian Biokultura, the Association of Hungarian Organics affiliated directly with Biokontroll Hungaria, honored Mátyás Nemes, an integral part of the team at the Eminence Certified Organic Farm, as the Organic Farmer of the Year. Learn more here.

This certification was a detailed, thorough process from Biokontroll Hungaria, the organic certifying organization in Hungary. Through inspection and regulations conducted by this nonbiased third party, the Eminence Certified Organic Farm is verified and in compliance with all organic mandates .
